Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of beezy.studio ("we", "us", "the Service"), booking, calendar, client-record and payments software for independent salons. By creating an account, you agree to them.
2. Your account
You must be authorised to act for the salon you sign up on behalf of. Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
3. Subscription & fees
The Service is billed as one flat monthly fee per your selected plan, with no commission taken on your revenue and no per-stylist charge within your plan's staff cap. New accounts get a 14-day free trial, no card required to start. Fees are billed in advance and don't include card-processing costs, since we don't process your clients' payments (see clause 6).
4. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep a full export of your clients, services and booking history.
5. Your data
Client records, services and booking history you enter belong to you. We store and process them only to provide the Service; see our Privacy Policy for detail. You can export your data at any time.
6. Payments to your clients
We don't process card payments on your behalf. You take payment from clients using your own EFTPOS terminal, cash, or bank transfer, and mark the appointment paid in the Service. Any payment processing relationship is between you and your own provider, not us.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to store information you're not entitled to hold, to send spam, or to try to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We'll give notice of planned downtime where we can.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue from your salon.
10. Ending your access
We may suspend or close your account for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use, with notice where reasonably possible.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
